Refund Policy

We want your experience with Hillcroft Home to be nothing short of delightful—and we know that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer easy returns on eligible orders.

Returns for Non-Sale Product
We accept returns initiated within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Conditions for all Returns
To qualify, returned items must meet all of the following:
  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In original condition with all inserts and labels intact
We cannot accept returns for:
  • Used product
  • Sale items
  • Samples
  • Custom orders
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@hillcrofthome.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll walk you through the process. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your refund. Please allow our team at least 10 business days after receiving your return to process it.

Return Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. Damaged returns will not be accepted. 

Gift Returns
If your order was a gift, we’re happy to issue store credit so you can choose something that suits your space. Cash refunds are not available for gifted items.

Sale Items & Discount Codes
All sale items are final sale. If you used a discount code on a full-price item, your order still qualifies for return under this policy.  

Order Changes & Cancellations
We make each order on demand. Production begins immediately after an order is placed, so we do not accept order cancellations or changes on orders after they've been placed. If you decide you no longer want the item, you may return it once received, in accordance with this return policy.
