Yes — every pillow is made specifically for you after you place your order. We don't keep pre-made inventory. Your pillow is fresh, custom, and made with care every time.
Production takes 5–7 business days. From there, FedEx ground shipping adds another 3–7 days depending on your location. We recommend ordering with a little lead time if you have a specific date in mind.
A knife edge is a flat, clean seam around the perimeter — simple, modern, and versatile. A piped edge adds a fabric-wrapped cord along the seam for a more tailored, defined border. Both are hand-sewn to the same quality standard; it's purely a matter of style preference.
Not exactly — and that's completely normal. Different materials absorb ink differently, so a design on a linen-blend pillow may appear slightly different than that same design on wallpaper or another fabric. This is a natural characteristic of how printing works across materials, not a defect.
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please reach out to our team to start the process.
Our premium down inserts are available separately. They're filled with 100% duck feathers and finished with a cotton cover to prevent feather poke-through — a significant upgrade over poly-fill. Note that while our covers are USA-made, the inserts are imported.
Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle, then line dry. Because of the natural linen content, the dryer can cause shrinkage and affect the fabric texture. To iron, use the reverse side on a warm setting.
Everything — sourcing, printing, sewing, and packaging — happens in the USA. The only exception is our down inserts, which are imported, but held to the same quality standard as the rest of our products.
